Marty Collins founded Gatehouse Capital, a national real estate investment and development firm based in Dallas, Texas, and is responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction and capital relations. The firm is focused on the development and redevelopment of sustainable mixed-use properties involving upscale hotels in high barrier, urban and technology markets. Prior to founding Gatehouse, Collins was a partner in a Trammell Crow family affiliate, COO of Hampstead Group, and COO of Americana Hotels and other Bass family affiliated investments. He holds an undergraduate degree from University of Akron and graduate degrees in business and liberal arts from Southern Methodist University.
